Can I submit my own textile design?
Yes. Submit it through our Print Online page or send it over WhatsApp. We review the artwork and confirm whether any preparation or formatting is needed.
Can you modify my existing design?
Yes. Depending on the project, our design team can handle recolouring, repeat adjustment, motif resizing, scale changes and other pattern modifications.
What file format should I send?
Send the highest-quality version you have, in whatever format it exists. Our team will tell you if a different format or a higher resolution is needed. Do not delay sending it because you are unsure, as we would rather look at it.
Which fabrics do you print?
Armani Silk and selected silk fabrics; Matte, Linen, Soft and Light Crepe; Taffeta and Deja Al Lail; Cotton, Linen, Polyester, Spun Cotton Blend and selected blends. Availability is confirmed when you order.
Can I see a sample before a full run?
Sample development is available in some cases and requires confirmation from management. Ask us when you enquire and we will tell you what is possible for your order.
How long does an order take?
Standard orders are generally completed within 5 to 7 business days once design, fabric, quantity and payment details are confirmed. Complex or large-volume orders take longer, and we confirm the timeline before you commit.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk and wholesale printing is the core of our business. Final pricing depends on fabric, design requirements, colour count and total quantity.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, pricing is tiered by volume. Send your full quantity and fabric requirements and we will quote accordingly.
Do you offer customised selvedge?
Yes, on request for selected orders. Contact our team with your wording and specifications.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, across the UAE and Oman, subject to order and location confirmation.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. International delivery is arranged subject to destination, courier and shipping confirmation.

Al Serra, Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. We also have a trade office in Bur Dubai, and business presence in Shaoxing, China, and Peshawar, Pakistan.
How do I request a quotation?
Send us your design, fabric type, number of colours, quantity per colour, delivery location and any additional requirements, through the website or on WhatsApp. Sending all of it at once gets you a quote in one exchange instead of three.
